The camp will be tailored exclusively to defense where we will focus on skills that are very specific to the position

Skating is the Key Ingredient and Seperator for Elite Players

The 1 hr skill sessions will focus on many elements of intensified skating, puck skills & game relative skills that are tailored for game use and how to use in games to evade players, defend areas & create space/openings. The sessions will also focus on positional splits so players can work on positional specific skills and tactics.

This Program is an invite-only program dedicated entirely to all the fundamental elements of skating.
