This Program of Excellence focuses on skill development and full-ice games, providing players with developmental feedback.

Skills covered include:

On-ice skill development with dedicated instructors
Full-ice games for real-time coaching and feedback
Skating techniques including stride, edge control, and agility
Puck control and handling, along with tactical progression
Modified games like 3-on-3 and 4-on-4 to enhance recognition and tactical play

Players will engage in 27 hours of clinics and 13 game nights, ensuring a comprehensive development experience. Off-ice sessions will cover agility, stability, and strength training, emphasizing the importance of nutrition and home training. Each player will receive an Academy jersey and socks, fostering a sense of belonging and pride.
