ATOM EDGE PROGRAM – "Where Players Matter"

This 42-hour Program of Excellence is designed to drive player development and invest in the person/player.

What Seperates this Program from Others:

• The program is geared on building & strengthening the players’ skills and will focus on continual skill development, blending the skills together and applying into tactics.
• These skills are tested in game like situations to build the players' IQ, overall game awareness & compete level.

Skills covered include:

• Skating – Focus on stride efficiency for power, footspeed, advanced edge control and player recovery, as skating is a core to a players’progression & foundation.
• Puck Skills - Players will develop and build their puck skills in terms of developing soft evasive hands, building deception to evade and escape opponents, and focus on passing, shooting, and goal scoring
• Include small area games so the players experience situations that emulate and mirror real games. This will reinforce and drive the need to compete and utilize the core skills we teach to enable success and drive tactical execution.
• Goalies also receive dedicated training to build and enhance their technical movements, puck awareness, game tracking and they also do these drills in game like situations.

Players will train with like-minded individuals and receive best-in-class instruction. This program is proven to advance players to the next level, including Pee Wee AAA, Major Bantam AAA, and beyond.
